Since 1980, I have been a practicing criminal defense attorney, representing clients charged with crimes or seeking to appeal their convictions. In 1995, I established the Law Office of Mark Muenster to serve clients throughout Southwest Washington facing serious jail time or looking to have their firearm rights or other civil rights restored.
I am licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Washington State courts, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal, and the U. S. Supreme Court. I am also a member of the Washington and National Associations of Criminal Defense Lawyers and a former president and Board of Governors representative for the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. I am also a member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association. My litigation and appeals experience includes 18 appearances in cases before the Washington Supreme Court.
